Over time, Ironway expanded from core engineering services into specialised build-to-order steel fabrication. Its scope includes mezzanine floors, structural roofing systems, steel platforms, chimneys, bridge structures, handrails, supports and custom fabrication solutions — delivering both structural strength and engineered sophistication.
A defining milestone came in 2017 with the launch of its 45,000 square foot fabrication facility in Lunas, Kedah. Purpose-built for large-scale production within tight timelines, the facility enhances operational efficiency while upholding stringent quality standards and dependable logistics across Malaysia.
Beyond fabrication, Ironway provides integrated construction services including HVAC systems, fire-rated assemblies, industrial piping systems, fire sprinkler installations, flooring systems, specialised interior fit-outs, and polypropylene (PP) plastic piping solutions for treatment plant applications. Each solution is engineered to optimise load performance, system durability and long-term asset reliability.
Performance is measured through results. Ironway maintains an annual fabrication capacity of 80 tonnes, sustains a defect rate below 3%, and consistently delivers projects within agreed schedules — demonstrating disciplined execution and operational reliability.
In 2026, Ironway implemented an integrated ERP system to strengthen cross-departmental coordination. This digital infrastructure enhances workflow visibility, improves planning accuracy and streamlines execution across engineering, production and project management teams, reinforcing its commitment to technological advancement.
